What's New: Divide by 2, 5 and 10
A mixed bag today with four worksheets on dividing by 2, 5 and 10. It is always a good idea to ask children how they go about answering a question, or what are they thinking.
When faced with a question such as 30 divided by 5, I think, 'How many fives make 30?' and can answer immediately that it is 6 because I know 5 x 6 = 30.
Remember, that these pages have a very simple, straightforward layout and if you are concerned about printing costs why not just look at them on the screen and write the answers on paper, or ask your child just say them out loud.
