There can never be enough of the kind of practice as it is so important that children learn these tables off by heart. You will soon know if children have learnt these tables as they will whizz through pages like these in no time at all and get them all correct. Children who don't know these tables will struggle to find the answers, often having to count up or to all kinds of strange strategies to reach an answer. Remember, when learning tables not to just count up in fives (five, ten, fifteen) but to recite the whole sentence (three fives are fifteen etc). This page is suitable for Year 3 onwards.
