After many requests we are pleased to announce the start of our Year 3 weekly programme. During the course of each of the next three terms we will be publishing 12 weeks of selected worksheets covering the full range of the maths curriculum. These have proved to be tremendously popular in Year 1 and 2 as it makes selecting the maths for the week so much easier and in the knowledge that all aspects will be covered. Of course, at any time you can dip into other resources as necessary. The first week looks at consolidating counting on from 3-digit starting numbers, counting in steps of 10 and knowing what each digit represents in a 3-digit number. We also revise mental addition with some nifty addition of three, single digit numbers.To complete the week we have included some subtraction, with the help of a number square to brush away all the cobwebs left over from the summer holiday!
