Comprehension worksheets on World War II Our resident historian, Jo, has been working hard to develop our range of comprehension pages and we are delighted to announce the arrival of our first ten resources all on the theme of World War II. From evacuees and the Blitz to Dunkirk and the Battle of Britain, each resource provides a page of fascinating information about aspects of the early part of the war. Following this there are questions to be answered and, of course, full answers. Aimed at the Upper Primary age range these are ideal as starting points for topics, providing meaningful practice at comprehension as well as giving children a better knowledge of the Second World War.
