Years 1 and 2 composition: sentence writing. We have just published a lovely set of pages to help children with writing sentences. Each set has pages at 3 levels: •    completing sentences with words shown, using pictures as clues.; fun illustrations using dogs and cats are there to help. •    completing sentences with words of their own choice, using pictures as clues; teddy bears are the theme here, carrying out all sorts of activities such as painting, sunbathing and playing football. •    writing sentences using pictures as clues; it’s our favourite gorillas skateboarding, reading and playing the guitar which provide the clues. Many children get really stumped when asked to compose sentences or short stories and need a visual impetus to help them along the way. These are ideal; why not take a look now?
