The Queen’s birthday celebrations The Queen’s 90th birthday is on April 21st, just a few days away, but the main celebrations will come later in the year. In May there will be a magnificent horse show at Windsor, featuring over 900 horses. In June a three-day celebration will take place at St Paul’s Cathedral, which coincides with the Duke of Edinburgh’s 95 birthday. Later in June will be some great street parties! Perhaps best of all, the first Monday in June will be a public holiday, with all schools closed. Now that can’t be bad!
