Year 5: Sum of angles of a triangle Many years ago, when I was at Grammar School (Year 7/8) I learnt that the angles of a triangle added up to 180 degrees. Expectations have changed since those days and now Year 5 children measure and draw given angles and calculate missing angles in triangles.
