Maths on-screen activities for Years 1, 2 and 3
Fabulous new Maths on-screen activities for Years 1, 2 and 3
Great news: we have added further collections of on-screen activities for children in Years 1, 2 and 3 which are also designed to help with those using the Maths Mastery approach.
We have just published four new activities in our Year 1 Number category, including the use of base 10 blocks and part-whole models using numbers up to 20. All these activities can now be used on i-pads. Only a small number of questions need to be answered before a mark is given, including rapid on-screen rewards, especially for full marks.

Our new money activities for Year 2 give superb practice at counting coins and notes, adding money and finding change. Remember that all our on-screen activities include answer pages which can be printed as a record of achievement.
We have also published four multiplication activities to assist with children’s understanding of multiplication as repeated addition as well as using arrays.

In Year 3 children can now use on-screen activities to help with multiplying by 3, 4 and 8, using illustrations and bar models to help with understanding. Arrays and bar models are also used in our new division activities. These are a must for children who are learning to multiply by 3, 4 and 8.
