Year 5 Decimals We have just extended our Year 5 resources on decimals up to 2 decimal places. Place value grids are a good way to show tenths and hundredths and this can also be done practically using number discs and a larger grid to display decimals. We have also added a set of pages on rounding money to the nearest pound. Once place value with tenths and hundredths has been understood children can be introduced to thousandths and we also have a great selection of pages to help with this.
