Year 3 Converting Measurements
It is important in Year 3 that children have plenty of practice measuring using millimetres and centimetres. Part of this is to be able to convert from one to the other. For example, 34 mm can be converted to 3 cm and 4 mm. At this stage the decimal point is not introduced. Our latest set of worksheets uses the theme of coloured pencils to convert measurements. The colours are all shades of red, blue and green so children may also like to explore the subtle differences in colour!Go to Year 3 Measurement
