A tricky task for Year 4 children; drawing shapes to match the descriptions given. Exact drawings should not be expected as children in this year group do not have the knowledge to draw many sided regular shapes. It is an interesting task and well worth watching to see how children approach it. Several attempts may be needed to get close to the descriptions and the difficulties encountered make for interesting discussions.
